About
Maybe you’re the first in your family to go to college or build a professional career, carrying expectations no one around you fully understands. Maybe your mind won’t slow down, old hurts keep resurfacing, or work and relationships are stretching you thin. You deserve support, and cost shouldn’t stand in the way.
For years, I’ve worked with clients facing emotional and behavioral challenges. I help young adults, working adults, and families manage ADHD, heal from trauma, navigate relationship strain, handle work stress, and move through life transitions with more clarity and confidence. I hold a special place in my practice for first-generation students and professionals balancing family loyalty, pressure to succeed, and a path with no instruction manual.
Together, we’ll build coping skills that fit your real life, strengthen your ability to speak up for yourself, and look at how earlier experiences shape how you feel today, so the changes you make actually last. My sessions are open and free of judgment, grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy and my studies at Barry University’s Ellen Whiteside McDonnell School of Social Work.
Sessions are virtual, so you can join from anywhere in Florida, with afternoon, evening, and weekend appointments available to fit around school, work, and family. Reach out today for a free phone consultation and take the first step.
Credentials:
I bring 10 years of experience supporting people through life’s challenges, along with a master’s degree in social work. I am a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern in Florida, a state credential for clinicians who have completed their graduate training and are now completing the final step toward independent licensure. This means I am fully qualified to provide psychotherapy throughout Florida, and my work is overseen by a licensed clinical supervisor, giving you the benefit of an additional experienced professional supporting your care.
Let’s Work Together
What should someone know about working with you?
Working with me feels like a real conversation, not a clinical checklist. I bring warmth, honesty, and practical tools you can use right away, while making space for the deeper work that creates lasting change. I have a special heart for young adults, families, and first-generation students and professionals who are carrying the weight of being the first to navigate new paths. Whether you’re managing ADHD, healing from trauma, working through relationship challenges, or facing a major life transition, I’ll meet you exactly where you are.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We’ll go at your pace, and together we’ll build a plan that fits your life. I offer afternoon, evening, and weekend sessions so therapy works around your schedule, not the other way around.
I provide evidence-based care in a supportive environment, drawing from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
