About

I am deeply passionate about helping individuals rediscover hope, resilience, and self-belief during life's most challenging moments. My dedication to this work began in childhood after meeting a social worker who inspired me to pursue a career centered on supporting, protecting, and empowering others. That early inspiration, combined with my personal understanding of trauma and healing, continues to shape my compassionate and authentic approach to therapy.

Credentials:

I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern in Florida; as part of the licensure process, I practice under the supervision of a qualified clinical supervisor. I also hold the Certified Addiction Professional (CAP) credential, giving me additional expertise in working with substance use and its impact on relationships and family systems.

I hold two master's degrees and have over five years of experience providing care. I offer therapy under clinical supervision as I complete advanced licensure requirements, allowing clients to benefit from both my dedicated support and additional clinical oversight.

I specialize in supporting individuals providing individual and couples therapy navigating life transitions, trauma, and personal growth. I work with both men and women and have experience helping clients facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use, mood challenges, relationship concerns, and grief. Much of my work focuses on supporting women and individuals from marginalized communities, including survivors of abuse and trauma, as they rebuild safety, identity, and empowerment.
